What formats are supported?
WAV, FLAC, MP3. For the best quality, upload WAV or FLAC.
What are the size limits?
Preview uploads are limited to 100MB. Full mastering supports up to 500MB per track.
How long does mastering take?
Most tracks finish in a few minutes. Longer files or heavier load can take a bit more time.
Who owns the music?
You keep all rights to your music. We only process your audio to deliver your master.
Is my music safe?
Files are stored only as long as needed to process and deliver your master, then removed. Keep your own backup; the service is not long-term storage. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect uploads, but no online service can promise absolute security against intentional attacks or security failures.
What does the subscription include?
Subscriptions unlock full-length mastering in the main app, downloads of completed masters, unlimited tracks on all plans, and support for subscribers only.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a trusted global payments provider. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles them securely.
Can I cancel? Are refunds available?
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access stays active until the end of your paid period. Payments are final and non-refundable.
